"FINE ORIGINAL HIROSHI YOSHIDA PRINT. An original Japanese Woodblock Print - "High Gate in Ajmer", showing figures near the Buland Darwaza. Published in 1931 as part of the "India and Southeast Asia" Series, this print is a fine impression, fine color in very good state. Creases, mainly in the margins; slightly rubbed in the lower margin. Blind stamped embossing on the entrance stones. Abe catalog no. 161. Titled and signed in pencil by the artist. "Jizuri" seal in upper left margin. Brush signed in ink, lower right. Red artists's chop. Oban format; 15 ¾ x 10 ½ (paper)."
